For sale is an antique Colt New Line Second Model revolver chambered in .38 Long Colt with a 2.25” barrel. This revolver is being sold as a gunsmith special.
The hammer does fire when the trigger is pulled, however the cylinder does not rotate and does not properly stop/index. Based on inspection, it likely needs a new pawl/hand and at least one additional internal part, and there is possibly a missing or broken spring. The firearm is not mechanically functional in its current state and will require gunsmith work to restore proper operation.
