All Sales Are Final:
All items are sold “as is” as explicitly stated in the listing. We provide detailed photos and descriptions to ensure you are fully informed about the condition of the item prior to purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition as described in the listing, and all sales are considered final.
Damaged or Misrepresented Items:
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping or is not as described in the listing, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a return, partial refund, or replacement depending on the situation. All claims for damaged or misrepresented items must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide clear images of the damage or any discrepancies with the listing description.
Return Process:
For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or misrepresented items). Returned items must be in the same condition as when received and must include all original packaging and accessories.
